My name is Defalia, but you can call me Lia. I am a self-taught digital artist from Indonesia and mainly create fan art of my favorite series. English isn't my primary language, so you may find a lot of grammar mistakes or strange sentences without me even realizing it o__o;I finally received a scholarship! However, I still need money to cover my living expenses. Fortunately, my country isn't expensive to live in, haha.If you appreciate my art, you can support me by ordering a commission. Terms of Service
I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission.❖ General Terms and Usage ❖1. I claim the rights to personal-use produced artworks. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Display it on my social media or websites.
- Put it on my portfolio.
But If you do not want me to share your commission on social media, please let me know ahead of time :)2. The buyer is not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify my artwork without my consent but can censor some parts if it's not safe to post.3. The buyer is allowed to use the commissioned artwork to promote themselves on social media, but publishing it to monetized account is considered commercial usage.4. The buyer can print the personal-use commissioned artwork for themselves and their friends as long as they're not making monetary gains from the work.↓ Scroll down for more ↓
❖ Payment and Refund ❖1. The buyer is required to pay 100% upfront before I start making the lineart.2. The buyer must not send me any payment before I have agreed to give them a slot and requested them to send me the payment.3. If the buyer gives me payment before I agree, I still have the right to refuse the request and the payment will be refunded (if they're refundable).4. Payment cannot be refunded once I start working on the commission (after doing the sketch).5. I only accept American Dollars (USD) using Paypal and Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR) using bank transfer for the currency.6. If I have a problem that makes it impossible to finish the commission, I will communicate with the buyer and return all of their money.7. Once the payment is done and the final artwork is sent to the buyer, I am not responsible for saving the file.---------❖ Customer Satisfaction1. I'll do my best to make my customer satisfied!2. ---------❖ Process and Delivery ❖1. The buyer can request up to 5 changes before I start making the lineart. After that, I'll charge an extra.2. The buyer can tell me their preferred image resolution, and aspect ratio. As for image format, I can send a PNG file and a JPEG file. The default size is A4 (300ppi)3. The buyer will be given an estimated timeframe that will be taken to be delivered.4. The buyer should specify the details that they want on the artwork and provide references of the character. The more detailed references to their outfit and patterns (if they are original characters), the better!5. The time it takes to finish the commission varies to a maximum of 2 weeks depending on factors such as health, complexity, and other work.6. If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let the buyer know ASAP.7. Commissioned artwork will be sent to the buyer via Google Drive link.
